Situated in the thriving new community of Hobsonville/Scott Point. This listing is of a separate granny flat unit which is attach to the main house. With Limeburners Bay reserve and supermarkets within a short stroll. Conveniently easy access to State Highway 16 & 18 to the CBD. And within a very short driving distance to Costco and Westgate & NorthWest shopping centres.

The many amenities Hobsonville is becoming famous for - farmers market, parks, ferry access, and eateries which are all close by to this property. The location is strategically located which meet the needs of every guests.

During your stay:
• Self check-in and relax
• Check in time is 15:00 PM - 22: 00 PM
• Check out time is 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
(late check-outs will incur a cleaner turn away charge or a full day rental)
• Please comply with all rules in messages, house manual or as posted in the property
• Please be considerate of the other residents living in the property/neighbourhood by being courteous and keeping the noise down from 10:00pm to 6:00am

Summary: Very nice place, with everything you need. The rules were clear and appropriate. The small couch looks good but has limited function, I would suggest get rid of or replace. I didn’t really like using Vrbo, at times it seamed confusing, but the owner was prompt and clear when responding to my questions. Defiantly recommend to others
